Taste of the Future dinners are a veritable celebration of Central Coast food and farming that feature some of our region's most delicious and sustainably-raised foods and wines. We also highlight many of the products produced by students right here at Cal Poly. Guests at this year's event will dine on array of delicacies prepared at several chef-led action stations, where attendees will learn about creative cooking styles and international cuisines. A must for local foodies!
